SHEA STABER SLP : ORANGE CITY
Shea attended the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2017. She then continued on to Valdosta State University where she received her Master’s degree in Communication Disorders in 2019. Shea has previously practiced speech and language therapy in public elementary schools, including preschoolers and grade levels K-5. This experience included treating developmental delays, articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, stuttering, and social skills. She has worked with and shows special interest in children using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Along with treatment, Shea gained experience in evaluating, diagnosing, and creating goals appropriate for each child. Shea enjoys working closely with individuals and their families to facilitate effective communication skill development and implementation. Outside of the office, Shea enjoys relaxing with her two cats, going to the beach with friends, cheering on the Gators and Tampa Bay Lightning, and experiencing new restaurants with her fiancé.
