BASS has become a second home for me over the years. The supervisors are supportive, the technicians are kind, and the kids are out of this world amazing! Everyone puts 100% effort into the kids, and it shows through the boundless progress they make every day. I am grateful to have found a place to plant my roots and continue my career with such a wonderful team!

Working for BASS has been a very educational experience. I entered the field of ABA without any experience or knowledge of what it was or how it worked. Through a strong team of educators and trainers, I have grown immensely in the field. When it comes to learning the correct process of ABA and implementing client programs and procedures, BASS is a great place to learn!

Working for BASS is an amazing experience! Since the first day, I’ve been warmly welcomed by all the staff who are always willing to help one another. The children I get to work with every day are so wonderful; I cannot believe I have the opportunity to watch them grow and progress in so many ways from communication to playing with other kids.

For the past year and a half, working at BASS has been such an amazing learning experience. Not only do we have the sweetest kids, but the employees are like family to me! We support and care for each other!

BASS simply put is a fantastic work to place! BASS provides the thorough training, development of skills, and proper resources to train their RBTs to work with clients no matter what our professional background is. There is a beautiful balance between playfulness and silliness amongst coworkers and supervisors while still maintaining the respect and professionalism necessary to conduct our jobs adequately. BCBA's and RBT's alike are open and eager to receive feedback from one another on ways in which to improve the clinic and our strategies to assist our clients with the best services. At BASS, you never feel alone and unsupported. Ongoing supervision and easy access to supervisors allow RBT's questions and concerns to be answered right away. Supervisors are always finding ways to encourage their RBT's and reward them for their hard work. They understand what a crucial part we play in the development of our clients and therefore, always ensure we are feeling comfortable mentally and emotionally. At BASS our main goal is the development and advancement in skills of our clients and BCBA's and RBT do an amazing job at making that their main focus. Not losing sight of the reason we are here together is our driving force to strive to become better in our profession. Teamwork at BASS makes the dream work! Go team BASS!

I love working at BASS because I love making a difference in my clients and their families lives. I enjoy being able to collaborate with my supervisor, other RBTs and families to improve the quality of life for the clients we serve. BASS has allowed me to grow as a person and as an RBT. I have learned so much here and continue to learn every day.
